ANCHOR HANGER WITH CLIP

Anchor hanger with clip is used together with hanging wire for fixing of TC 60/27 to bearing ceiling.

It lets to adjust the height of channels during the installation.

HANGING WIRE

Hanging wire is used together with anchor hanger with clip. It is fixed to bearing ceiling by means of anchor (steel) dowel.

UNIVERSAL BRACKET

Universal bracket is intended for fixing (hanging) of ceiling channels to bearing ceiling.

It is fixed to bearing substructure by anchor (steel) dowel (reinforced concrete) or dowel (wall). Universal bracket is fixed to channel TC 60/27 by means of LN screws.

TC CHANNEL CONNECTOR

It is used for interconnection of TC 60/27 channels during construction of bearing substructure.

ONE LEVEL CONNECTOR FOR TC CHANNELS

One level connector for TC 60х27 channels is intended for fixing of bearing channels to main ones. It is applied together with TC 60/27 channel.

NONİUS ASQL

Upper part of nonius-hanger (it consists of three parts: upper, lower and fixator) lets to lower the ceiling level to necessary height in an interval from 200 to 1000 mm.

More accurate adjusting is made through aligning of lateral holes on upper and lower sides. It is intended for fixing (hanging) of ceiling channels to bearing substructure.

It is fixed to bearing substructure by means of anchor (steel) dowel (reinforced concrete) or dowel (wall). To the TC 60/27 channel it is fixed by LN screws.

SCREWS , TN AND TB SCREW TYPES

All screw types are produced from carbonaceous steel with black phosphate covering. The screws are packed with due regard for protection from corrosion. Because of magnetized screw heads they adhere to screwdriver before fixing.

TN and TB screw types are intended to fixing of plasterboard to substructure.

The application area of screws of each type is different. Sharp-pointed TN screw (length from 25 мм to 90 mm), having needled the plasterboard is screwed into steel sheet (with a thickness up to 0,7 mm).

TB screw with drill-shape head (length 25 mm и 35 mm) needles first the channel (metal thickness from 0,7 mm to 2,25 mm) and then is screwed into it. The screws LN and LB are intended for fixing the channel and connecting elements to each other. Sharp-pointed SN screw is used for fixing of Aquapanel to substructure (with a thickness of no more than 0,7 mm).

PLASTIC DOWEL (6X35/50)

Plastic dowel (6x35/50) is used for fixing of substructure partition and lining elements to bearing walls and floor slabs.
